Hop Lot Brewing Co. is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic culinary student (paid position) to work alongside our Executive Chef Ryan Praedel. Our menu is focused on fresh ingredients to deliver unique house made flavors in our BBQ and Smoke BBQ Menu. Ryan is an educator by nature with plenty of experience as an Executive Chef and has obtained a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Science and also a degree in Food Service Entrepreneurship.
-Learn and prepare recipes from our Executive Chef (BBQ Spice Rub, BBQ Sauce, Coleslaw, Salad, etc.)
-Learn Smoking Techniques (Ribs, Chicken, Brisket)
-Maintaining and clean kitchen, smoker and grill
-Obtain a Servsafe Certification
-Prepare Purchase Orders
-Receive Food Deliveries
