December turned out to be a huge month for us! Michigan Liquor Control and the local Health Department came by and gave us their blessing to fire up our 3 bbl system! We took them quite literally when they told us we could brew the minute they left…. and so we did.
First up is our Session IPA coming in at just over 4.5%.
